Selena provides support to students, maintains student records and is responsible for reporting to government agencies. Selena also maintains My Collarts and oversees student services at the college.

Selena began working at Collarts after moving from New Zealand to Australia to 2012. She has a Diploma in Audio Engineering and Music Production from the Music and Audio Institute of New Zealand (MAINZ), where she was then employed as a casual tutor and student support coordinator.

Selena also has experience as a live sound engineer for New Zealand artists such as Chris Knox and The Nothing, The Sami Sisters and Hollie Smith.
