Admission Criteria

Please read our admissions criteria below for more details:

Please note: the above is the most updated admissions policy at Collarts. If you have any questions, please talk to our Future Student team.

When is the latest I can apply?

We recommend applying for your course of interest as soon as the applications for your intake are open—right now if you're interested in the next intake! Applications usually close at least a week prior to classes beginning. However some courses are more competitive than others and places will fill up quickly and may close earlier. It will take some time to complete the admissions process after submitting an application so apply as soon as possible to avoid missing out.

Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander People

Collarts actively encourages applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Collarts recognises that there is inequality in education opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. While there is no specific reduction in entry criteria, Collarts supports and encourages applications from within the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community. At the time of your application, if you would like to identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, depending on your circumstances, we may be able to provide specific study support once enrolled.
