Support services for international students

We offer all of our international Collarts students a range of free support services.
If you are struggling with a personal matter or worried about anything - whether it relates to your study or not - knowing there’s someone you can talk to can really help. Collarts offers students access to free and confidential appointments with our Wellbeing Support and Counsellor.

We’ve put together a guide specifically for international students to give you some important information about living and studying in Melbourne. This should be read in conjunction with the Student Handbook which outlines Collarts' policies and procedures and is applicable to all students - both domestic and international.

Trimester 3, 2024

  • ADMISSION KEY DATES - Direct applications close Friday 20th September
  • TEACHING PERIOD - Classes start on Monday 16th September
  • CENSUS DATE - Census date is Friday 4th October (last date to finalise your unit enrolments)
  •  KEY EVENTS - Open Day takes place on Saturday 31st August

Trimester 1, 2025

  • ADMISSION KEY DATES - Direct applications close Friday 14th February
  • VTAC- Timely applications open on Monday 29th July
  • TEACHING PERIOD - Classes start on Monday 10th February
  • CENSUS DATE - Census date for Trimester 1, 2025 is Friday 21st February (last date to finalise your unit enrolments).
